The selections were based on statistical data that measured population growth, job creation, per capita income growth, and quality of life factors.

Marble Falls is a vital hub of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Marble Falls is located in the middle of the Highland Lakes – the largest chain of lakes in Texas – thus the area is also commonly referred to as the Highland Lakes.
